1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Zion Connect mobile application and website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
Zion Connect is provided for use by registered church members and authorised administrators only. Access is granted by your church vicar or administrator. You must not share your credentials or use the service on behalf of someone else.
3. Church Data
Each church's data is isolated. You may only access data belonging to your registered congregation. Any attempt to access another church's data is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code within Zion Connect is the property of Spyderhub Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the application without written permission.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Church plans are managed by the church administrator (Vicar Admin). Subscription fees are billed to the church, not individual members. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if your church subscription lapses.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zion Connect is provided "as is". Spyderhub Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
