1. Your Right to Deletion
As a Zion Connect member, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We are committed to honouring these requests promptly and transparently.
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data: • Email us at support@zionconnect.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request" • Include your full name, registered email address, and church name • We will process your request within 7 business days You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
3. What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove: • Your name, email address, and phone number • Your profile and membership record • Any activity logs associated with your account We do not delete church-level content (announcements, news, etc.) as that is owned by the church, not the individual member.
4. Account Removal by Church
If your church administrator removes your membership, your account access is immediately revoked. Your personal data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier removal.
5. Data Portability
Before requesting deletion, you may request a copy of your personal data by emailing support@zionconnect.app. We will provide your data in a portable format (JSON) within 5 business days.
